Founder and President

Walt holds a BA in Classical Languages and Philosophy and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.  He has been an elementary school teacher and principal, a high school teacher and administrator. He has been involved in Development for over thirty-five years serving schools, parishes, churches, social service agencies, community organizations, and a wide variety of small not-for-profits seeking affordable, professional and creative solutions.


Senior Vice President

Ray was the Director of Development and Stewardship for the Archdiocese of Chicago for 22 years.   During those years he oversaw the implantation of the “Sharing Christ’s Gifts” Capital Campaign which raised $242 million, reorganized the Annual Catholic Appeal and established its “Lumen Cordium” Society for major donors that grew to over 7000 members, and developed a successful Parish revenue enhancement initiative – Planned Offertory Program. In his time as Director in Chicago it is estimated that he raised nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars for the Pastoral Center and parishes in the Archdiocese.  Ray recently received the Morneau Award for Distinguished Service from the National Catholic Development Council.  Ray and his wife, Colleen, live in both Chicago and Cleveland.
